Himanshu Appie Chhabra,is a student of IPCC at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Apart from forcefully reading those syllabus books, He always engages himself in reading ‘Novels’. He likes reading but more than it; He likes Writing. Though, he is not that good at it. He loves to improve himself. He doesn’t even know, If He is created to become a Writer or not. He started Blogging with his blog ‘The Crescent Dreams’ and then He mistakenly formed ‘Purple Pen’ with his mates. Purple Pen grew rapidly (Credit goes to our aspiring new Writers). Harshita Srivastava is currently a final year student of Mechanical Engineering at G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida. Even though an engineer by profession she is a writer at heart. She is passionate about penning down her thoughts and according to her, pen is her sword. She is an avid reader and a prolific blogger. She also works as a content writer on a part time basis and interviews authors and reviews books at Isahitya and Spectralhues. Charles Dickens and Saki remain her favourite authors till date and she still loves reading Little Women and Mills and Boons. She is a deep thinker who is quite affected by the education scenario of India, environmental problems that we are facing today. She loves to see happiness around her so she’ll always be found motivating people or making them smile. Apart from writing, she loves travelling, reading, listening to music and spending time with friends and family. Her debut novel 'One In A Million' will be released by early next year.

Sobhan Pramanik…
From Kolkata, 19, an engineering student, a creative mind, an active blogger and an aspiring author. Writing happened to him not before his childhood dreams of becoming a doctor went battered and he landed up in engineering stream. The regret of not being able to turn his dreams into reality made him pen down a few chapters from his own life under the title “THE UNFADING MEMORIES”; and it was the fabulous response for THE UNFADING MEMORIES that made him believe that words were his USP and he knew that he has a different calling to life.

He started to take writing seriously and within a very short span of time he published few of his stories and poems with PURPLE PEN that had touched many a hearts…and trust me he can make you fall in love every time you read him.

Apart from writing he loves engaging himself in photography and listening to slow romantic instrumentals. He is currently working on his novel which will be published soon.

Comes from an Army background. Basically from Kerala but born and brought up in Delhi.  Completed her schooling from Army Public School, New Delhi. Currently doing History Hons. from Delhi University. Likes writing, reading, dancing and singing. Totally believes in doing what she feels like. Is a bit too emotional, a little moody and tends to be a little over caring sometimes. Practicality is not even in her dictionary because emotions come first for her. Priyanka Chahande, 22 is currently pursuing her MBA in Finance from Mumbai University. She is basically from Nagpur (Orange City). Apart from reading the college syllabus, Economic Times she likes reading Fiction Love Stories and falling in love with each story and there Authors too. Love Stories by our Indian authors, personally whom I follow like Durjoy Dutta, Ravindra Singh, Sachin Garg, Nikita Singh and all novels/stories written by them are my favorites.  Going for movies by bunking lectures, spending time with my close friends near the sea shore and at Marine Drive (my favorite place in Mumbai), having pani puri with them, continuous chatting with them on some nonsense topics and many small-small moments are very precious to me and brings happiness to me.  My hobbies are falling in love with love stories, feeling the music (Romantic) & sometime culinary experiments. I believe Expecting nothing from others is the best way to live, Luck is what happens when opportunity meets preparations & Keep falling in Love…!
